Cancellation Policy

• If your reservation has not been pre-paid then, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you have pre-paid your booking then, a 20% cancellation fee applies on the entire amount.

For pre-paid bookings, If you made a booking but failed to collect the vehicle on the pick-up date then, the entire amount is non-refundable.
